It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Jo Lowther of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on June 18, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney Barnett and Helena Parks Barnett; and her siblings, Delores King, Virginia Jean Warner, James Barnett, Clyde Warner and Ray Warner.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Casto of Charleston, Tiffany Cooper (Chris) of Tennessee, Randie Lowther Spaulding of Dunbar and Lindsey Lowther of Charleston; her brother Jimmy Warner of Buffalo; and her grandchildren, Jayden Hatfield, Isabella Spaulding, Victoria Spaulding and Christian Casto.
