Carter Dean Medley Obituary
Carter Dean Medley, 17, of Charleston passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at his residence. Carter was a junior at Winfield High School. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Charles Medley. Surviving are his mother, Ellen R. Medley (Neil Christian Troyer) of Winfield: father, Bruce K. Medley (Lisa) of Charleston; brothers, Dalton Medley and Wyatt Kirk Medley; sisters, Heather Blankenship, Madison Clark, Kayla Clark and Josephine Marie Troyer; nephew, Jordan Blankenship; maternal grandparents, Dennis and Donna Kirk; paternal grandmother, Paula Medley.
Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Chapman Funeral Home, Winfield. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to American Legion, James E. Marshall Post 187, In Memory Of Carter Dean Medley, P.O. Box 31, Winfield, WV 25213.
