It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carroll Allen Young (Charleston, West Virginia), born in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Young and George Young; his wife Isabella Rockwell Young; and his granddaughter Amanda Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Norman (Linda) and Diana (Ed); his grandson Jason (Tammy); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Weston Mullins.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private burial was held, and a celebration of his life will occur at a future date.
