He is survived by: his daughter Olivia "Livi"; his mother Kathi; his sister Jaime (Jamie); his uncles, Billy, Jeff (Kelly), Chris (Debby), Scott and Alan; his great-aunt Nettie; his aunts, Judy (James), Dawnzelle (Mark), Sandi (Scotty), Becky and Cathy (Rick); and his cousins, John, Brandi, Shannon (Chuck), Travis, Jimmy, Christina (Jimmy), Whitney (Bryant), Derek (Katie), Leslie, Kortney, Andrea, Bailey and Milo.
