It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl E. Mullins (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Brent, Emily, Jonathan, Andrew and Laura; his grandchildren, Logan, Gracie, Rowan, Averi, Jack, Alaina, Mason, Austen, Simon, Padrick and Cillian; and his siblings, Jim, Steve and Deb.
