He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Worden; his sister Kathy Gibson (Tom) of Medina, OH; his daughter Amy Jones (Ricky) of Charleston; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn White (Chase) of Charleston and Travis of Charleston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Kanawha Hospice Care, 1606 Kanawha Blvd W, Charleston, WV 25387.
