She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Kincaid and Mary Kincaid. She is survived by: her sons, William Warren Mucklow (Beth) and Edward Patrick Mucklow; her stepdaughter Barbara Beatty Cooper (Coop); her grandson William Richard Timmons Mucklow; her stepgrandsons, Caleb Lee Coffey, Jonah Micheal Coffey and Steven Hooper; her nieces, Erin and Melissa; and her nephew Oliver.
In lieu of flowers, her family asks that a donation be made to Allied Artists of West Virginia.
