It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Lou Bailey of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Sonny" Bailey; her son Carl Lee Bailey; and her brother Dana Davis. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Bailey Garrett (Dallas "Chip"); her siblings, Gary Davis and Paula Nunn; her grandsons, Larry Means, Joshua Bailey (Aila) and Justin Bailey; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Layla, Odessa and Ozker Dane Bailey.
