She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Osborne Ewers. She is survived by: her grandchild Fort Hill; her children, Duane Thaxton (Debora) of Charleston, Ronnie Thaxton of Bedford and Rhonda Thaxton Fisher (Edwin); and her sister Sharon Crowder (Ray Crowder) of St. Albans. She is also survived by four sisters and four brothers.
