It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bradley D Dugan in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John D. Dugan and Louise Coombs Dugan; his brother John K. Dugan (Helena); his niece Debbie Childs (Philip); his nephew John 'Junior' Dugan (Robin); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elena of Morgantown, Hannah Dugan of Morgantown, Josh of Washington, D. C., Joy, Jacob, Jay Childs, Parker of Morgantown and Grayson Masters of Morgantown.
