It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Sue Carpenter of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Elmer Hill; and her husband Keith Carpenter. She is survived by: her daughter Belinda Keen (Timothy) of Tad; her grandson Matthew Keen (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Emma and Allie Keen.
