She was predeceased by: her husband Harold M. Neeley. She is survived by: her daughter Anna Ruby (Sam); her siblings, Carol Roosa (David), Ruth Carpenter (Ardings), Vada Cool and Lonnie Losh (Loretta); her nephew Mike Woods (Pat); and her close friends, Sarah Miller, Ann Blevins, Vickie Pruett, Flora and Lanny Coberly. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
