It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbie Dove (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on May 29, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepfather Frank Lively; her brother Jerry Waugh; and her son Jerry Lynn Dove. She is survived by: her brother John David Waugh; and her sister-in-law Linda Waugh. She is also survived by nieces and caretakers, Kaki and Melinda Cash, and other nieces and nephews.
