She was predeceased by: her son Mark Wallace; her parents, Armour Ewart and Nell Ewart Vogt; her stepfather Rual Vogt; and her siblings, Edward Ewart and Viola Lane.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Wallace of Charleston and Janet Rivera of Pasadena, Maryland; her granddaughter Allie Fuell (Brian) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and her great grandchild Kellen Fuell. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
