She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert and Lona Estep Hayes; her former husband Clyde Hammack; her husband Hansford Conway; and her siblings, Lorraine, Belva, Velma, Lula Mae, Anestine, Thurman and Hubert.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Hammack Larter (late Richard) and David Clyde Hammack (Carol); her grandchildren, Davy, Doug and Valarie; and her siblings, Luther, Arnold, Rancil Hayes and Doris Sampson. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, and many more nieces, nephews.
