He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy; and his parents, Lawrence Wiseman and Margaret Garvin Wiseman. He is survived by: his children, Peggy Keadle (Bob), Larry Wiseman (Donna), Betty Townsend, Linda Wiseman and Billy Wiseman, Jr. (Kathy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Elk River Church of the Nazarene.
