It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jarvis of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on February 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billie Jarvis to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her husband Edsel "Ed" Jarvis; and her sons, David and John. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great grand children.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic in our state, it is mandated by the Governor and the CDC that proper facial coverings be worn and that social distancing be observed.
