She was predeceased by: her husband William Rickenbacker; her parents, James Douglas and Neva Douglas; and her sister Bronwen King. She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Lackey (Richard) of Charleston and Laura Ashley (Perry) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Ryan Ashley, Emily Rogers (Keary), Brett Ashley (Laura) and Brooks Ashley (Emma); her great grandchildren, Thomas, William Rawlings, Allie Rogers, Mason, Simon Ashley and Olivia Ashley; her caregiver Robin Mitchell; and her pet Molly.
