She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel and Theo Turner, Sr.; her husband Doyle Parkins; and her siblings, Beulah Carroll, Bob and Leslie Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Estep (Bob) of Charleston, Kristy Smith (Denis) of Westerville, Ohio, Jay Parkins (Becky) and Sam Parkins (Sheila) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Phillip, Lee Estep, Kara Smith, Sarah Stewart, Rob Stewart (Jennie) and Jarrod Lanham; her great grandchildren, Katie, Camden McQuerrey, Beau Stewart, Andrea Jarrett and Olivia Lanham; her great great grandchild Evalynn Jarrett; and her brother Jim Turner of Aurora, Colorado..
