She is survived by: her husband David Mullins Sr.; her children, David Mullins, Jr. (Tawnya), Billy Mullins (Tosha), Shawn Mullins (Dawnya), Jeremy Mullins (Cassie) and Traci McCormick (Joey); and her sisters, Doris Miller (Pat), Joyce Martin (James) and Janet McDaniel (Cecil). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a few niece and nephews.
