He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Webb and Ora Webb; his brother Robert Webb; his nephew Robert Webb, Jr.; and also Judith Pauley Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Webb (Laura) of Charleston, WV, Scott Webb (Connie) of Richmond, TX and Keli Khatib (Sam) of Swampscott, MA; and his siblings, Rosalie Smith (Larry) of St. Albans, WV and James Webb (Ann) of Kenna, WV.. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
