She was predeceased by: her sons, Gary Ray Reed, Donald Gene Reed Jr. and George "Levi" Reed; her parents, Cynthia Elkins and George Foster; her siblings, Frank, Clyde, James Foster, Pearl Tootsie Adkins, Nancy Thompson, Jo Ellen Adkins and Lucy Meadows; and her granddaughter Meagan Ashton Reed.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bernice Elkins of Seth and Judy Estep of Comfort; her daughter-in-law Tammy Reed; her husband Levi of Avon Park, FL; and her grandchildren, Cassie Reed of Avon Park, FL, Dakota Reed of Racine, Nikki Rhodes (Jay) of St. Albans and Dawn Reed of Elkview. She is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
