She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Harper and Eleanor Harper; her brother Charles Harper, II; her grandson Andrew Lee Turley; and her husband Russell Paul Turley.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Turley (Christine) of Scott Depot, Marc Turley (Lisa) of Huntington and Sherri Weathersbee (Donald Joe) of South Charleston; her grandchildren, Brittany Turley (Michael Durst), Briana Sullivan (Curtis), Kyle Turley (Katy Hall), Amber Jarrett (Eric) and Sarah Kirk; her great grandchildren, Aden, Noah, Piper, Olivia, Greyson, Reagan, Finley, Finn, Asher, Brantley and Oliver; and her siblings, Anna Parsons, James Harper, Paul Harper and Sarah Parcell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Association, Shriners Hospitals for Children, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
