She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Larry; her children, Becky Patton, James Deal and Ric Deal; her brother Wayne Smith; her parents, Hazel Phair and Carl Smith; her brother Jim Smith; her grandchildren, Daniel Crewdson (Tami), Erica Hoffman (Billy), Stephanie Spradling (Marshall), Charlotte Barnet (Sam), Jami Patton, Andrew Patton and Zachary Deal; and her friend Debbie Fowler. She was also cherished by 8 great grandchildren.

Donations can be made to the Hospice House in memory of Barbara "Mickie" Peggs.
