She was predeceased by: her son John Burgess. She is survived by: her children, Leonard Mike Burgess (Cheryl), Patty Woods, David Burgess, Pam Brown Stonestreet (Keith) and Kent Burgess (Wilma). She is also survived by six children, many grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hubbard Hospice House, where she was so well taken care of.
