She is survived by: her daughters, Sabrenna "Beany" Kay Midkiff (Gregory) and Sue Ann Hoffman (Donald Spradling); her grandchildren, Gregory Quest Midkiff, Ashley Marie Midkiff (Daniel Westbrook), Dylan Wayne Midkiff, Brock Jesse Dale Hoffman (Cierra), Luke Tyler Hoffman (Olivia) and Landon Hale Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Couper, Audrianna, Dylanie, Harrison, Gunner, Bowen and Brantley; and her siblings, Mary Dolin, Barbara Dixon, Carol Gillispie, Marta Pauley, Anita Taylor and Woodrow "Woody" Taylor.
