Adkins (Misty) of Elkview, WV; his stepsons, Trevie R. Oney of Lake, WV and Chris R. Brewer of Huntington, WV; his siblings, Doris Jean Abbott of Ferrellsburg, WV and Lee R. Adkins of Fairborn, OH; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Kyle, Jake, Tyler and Casey.
