He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Hubbard and Syble Hubbard; and his mother-in-law Mary Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his son Arlie; his sister Patty Frame; his brother-in-law Bill Frame; and his nieces and nephews, Barbara Runyan, Eric Runyan of Apex, Patrick Frame and Patti Frame of Greenfield. He is also survived by nieces, great nephews, and cousins.

In Arlie's memory, the family suggests donations to the Kanawha HospiceCare, Charleston, WV.
