He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell "Fuzz" Raymond Smith and Dorma Arlene Parker Smith; his wife Linda Kay Carnes Smith; and his siblings, Donald Smith and Nancy Smith White.
He is survived by: his brother Ronald Smith; his sister-in-law Sandra (Billy Belcher); and his nieces and nephews, Beth, Marykay Belcher, Joey and William Belcher.
