He is survived by: his wife Cammie J. Melton; his children, Andrew Christian Melton and Lydia Katherine Melton; his niece Michelle Leigh Kidd; and his cousins, Richard Ghadimi, Tracey Hausman, James Thornhill, Jr., Lindsay Cowall, Jr., Cynthia Wilson, Cheryl Oakes, Kevin, Kelly Armentrout, David Moore, Rex, Jhon Montalvo, Sean Melton, Eric, Chris, Tim Wagner and David Frercks.
