She was predeceased by: her son Kenny Perkins; her parents, George Clendenin and Dorothy Clendenin; and her brother George Clendenin. She is survived by: her husband Carl; her children, Jan Meadows, Christopher Perkins, Cheryl Richardson and Jason Teel; her siblings, Bill Riffle of Charleston and Vonn Martin of Beckley; and her pet Hanna. She is also survived by three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
