She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve Gay (Veazy) and Thomas Gay of Pratt, WV.; her daughter Kathi Wiley (Bell) of Birmingham, AL; and her sister Linda Gay of Pratt. She is survived by: her husband Mike Bell of Charleston; her daughter Lynn Bell of Charleston; and her friend Debbie Kirk. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, great-nephews and friends.
