He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dery and Louise Dery; and his sisters, Carolyn "Susie" Dery, Patricia Farry and Mary Margaret Hinson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathi" Whelan Dery; his children, Albert "Ted", Jon "Gabe" and Joyce (Kelly Gupton); his grandson Christopher Means; and his sisters, Barbara "Bobbie" Baldy and Elizabeth Looney (Timothy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
