We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2021, Akshae Kiran Patel of Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ranchhod Patel; his uncle Dr. Ganesh Balakrishnan; and his cousin Darini Balakrishnan. He is survived by: his brother Dr. Akhil Patel; his grandparents, Lalita Patel, K. T. and Sarojini Balakrishnan; his aunts and uncles, Dr. Prema Balakrishnan, Anita, Bill Freeman, Hina Patel, Dr. Morgan, Devan and Srini Balakrishnan; his niece Jemma; his cousins, Dr. Ravi, Nina Thomas, Nirmal Patel, Miya Patel, Koshlan Morgan, Varun Morgan, Rashmi Morgan and Seenu Devan; his pets, Tarzan and Willy; and his parent Drs.
