It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Neil Penwell Sr. of Charles Town, West Virginia, who passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Penwell and Lorella Penwell; and his daughter Lorraine Penwell. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Penwell, Jr. of Charles Town, Travis Penwell of Middletown, VA, Ashley of Martinsburg, Britney of Martinsburg and Chelsea Thompson of Martinsburg; his siblings, Leon Penwell of Charles Town, Mitch Penwell (Lucinda) of Harpers Ferry, Kay Singhas (Bruce) of Charles Town and Lisa Biggs (Glen) of Shepherdstown; and his grandchildren, Kenna, Morgan, Peyton, Ava, Suri, Cameron, Kayoni, Andrew, Aven, Gabriella and Dee Jay. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
