He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas J. Ware, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Ivory Worrell; his wife Linda; his children, Jayson (Sandy) and Marissa (Coty); his sister-in-law Leanne; and his siblings, Linda, Sandy, Debbie and Jay. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
