He is survived by: his parents, Gernard Shadrach and Catherine Shadrach (Garling); his wife Maxine Shadrach (Hartack); his daughter Christina "Tina" Ocasio of Ocala; his grandchildren, William Ocasio, Elizabeth Ocasio and Joseph Ocasio; his great grandchild Averie Ocasio; and his brother John Shadrach (Pat) of Williamsport. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
