He is survived by: his parent Louise Moritzky Carroll; his wife Elissa "Cissey" Carroll; his daughters, Shannon Carroll of Shenandoah Junction, WV and Kelly Carter (Sean) of Mesa, AZ; his stepson Jason D. Ferguson of Harpers Ferry, WV; his grandchildren, Taylor Ferguson and Brayden Ferguson; and his brothers, Eugene Carroll (Jenny) of Roswell, NM, Roy Carroll (Angeline) of Waverly Hall, GA and Harlan Carroll (Jamie) of Los Vegas, NV.
