She is survived by: her sons, Richard A Shiflett (Deborah), Bryon K Shiflett (Joan) and William R Shiflett (Billy); her sister Priscilla Smith (Bill); her nephew Jeffrey O'Bannon; her niece Cyndy McKee; and her former husband William R Shiflett Sr..
