He was predeceased by: his stepmothers, Pamela Kisner of Charles Town, WV and Teresa "Timmy" Brewer Kisner. He is survived by: his father Gary Kisner; and his siblings, Jeffrey Todd Kisner of Charles Town, WV, Julie Elliot (Johnny) of Middleway, WV, Kim Hall of Charles Town, WV and Karen Nelson of Charles Town, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jackson-Perks American Legion Post 71 (225 W Washington St #1531, Charles Town, WV 25414).
