With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Watson (Charles Town, West Virginia), born in Tunnelton, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 22, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Kelly Watson; his wife Sue; and his children, Robert Watson, Jr. and Amy Dillow. He is survived by: his father William Watson; his daughters, Kelly DeRonda (Tom) and Erin Watson; his grandchildren, Brad Watson (Ryan), Lindsay Dillow (Derek), Brittany Watson (Katie), Bethany Neco (Jon) and Madeline Dillow; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Hailey, Kaden, Brayden, Landon, Addi, Ezra and Tate; his cousin Nancy Jane Bargo; and his son-in-law Tim Dillow.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Asbury United Methodist Church (110 W North St, Charles Town, WV 25414). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions should be made to Asbury United Methodist Church, Hospice of the Panhandle or Wee Disciples Christian Academy, 114 Poor Farm Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
