He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen and Emily Belle Sheely (Koontz); his children, Michael Eugene Sheely and Cynthia Ann Sheely; his wife Susan Rissler Sheely of Charles Town, WV; his brother James T. Sheely; and his siblings-in-law, Jane P. Rissler and James A. Rogers.
He is survived by: his former spouse Beverly Ann Hockenberry of Martinsburg, WV; his children, Robert Craig Sheely (Tina) of Hetzles, Caroline Sheely Griffith (Don) of Falling Waters, WV and Keith Wayne Sheely (Jennifer) of Missouri; his sister-in-law Patricia Rissler of Charles Town, WV; and his close friends, Beverly Johnson and Mike DelColle. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
