He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Flannery, Sr. and Delores Elaine Reed Kitzmiller; his stepdaughter Jodi Elaine Dailey; and his siblings, Keith Flannery and Chrissy Harder.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Elaine Hardy Flannery; his stepdaughters, Sherry Denise Bennett of Bunker Hill and Amy Lynn Kleptach (Dennis) of Bunker Hill; his brother Patrick Flannery of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Michael, Shawn, Emily, Jessica, Jacob and Dencie.
