Skinner; his children, Ashley Ann Skinner of Myrtle Beach, SC and Aaron Skinner (Melanie) of Ashburn, VA; his brother John Skinner (Martha) of Martinsburg, WV; his grandchildren, Melody Rader, Kayla Watkins, Decker Lee Skinner and Field Harris Skinner; his niece Jennifer Skinner; and his aunt Ozalene Russell.
