He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Arnold Flanary and Gloria Ann Kinder; and his brothers, David and Steven Flanary. He is survived by: his wife Cora Rebecca Hardy Flanary; his children, Brandon Michael Flanary of Charles Town and Rachael Amanda Miller (Chad) of Inwood; his sister Debbie Carle; his grandchildren, Cayden, Alexis, Hunter, Maggie, Perscilla and Emmitt; and his stepbrothers, Paul and Randy.
