He was predeceased by: his son John P. Milton, II; and his siblings, Barbara Marcus, Carl Milton and Floyd Milton. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Milton and Sadie Perks Milton; his son Ronnie Milton (Sandy) of Charles Town, WV; his grandchildren, Nicole Torlone (Don), Kristy Grove (Billy), Sean Jenkins (Wanche), Todd Jenkins, Jason Milton and Christina Milton; and his sister Linda Magaha (Marilyn George) of Charles Town, WV. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home (310 S Fairfax Blvd, Ranson, WV 25438). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
