He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rudolph Ware and Marie Ellen Fellers Ware; and his brother Jessie Lee Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Stokes Palmer; his children, Edward William Palmer, Jr. (Ashley) of Martinsburg, Andrew Scott Palmer, Whitney Rivera and Kimberly Jean Palmer of Charles Town; and his sisters, Linda Baker (Doug) of Bunker Hill, Anna Harder of Ranson, Laura Frye (Michael) of Halltown and Nancy Snyder (Lee) of Halltown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
