Daisy Ann Ballenger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2024, at the age of 83, Daisy Ann Ballenger of Charles Town, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Burwell "Buddy" Ballenger; her siblings, Joe, Robert, George Brooks, Peggy Popkins, Mary Lemaster and Judy Brooks; her granddaughter Amber Ballenger; and her parents, John Brooks and Eva Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Denny Ballenger (Cindy) of Fredericksburg, VA, Linda Jenkins (Scott) of Hedgesville, WV, Bruce Ballenger (Julie) of Inwood, WV and Scott Ballenger (Denise) of Lockhaven, PA.; her siblings, Dorothy "Dot" Witmer of Frederick, MD and John "Johnny" Brooks (Linda) of Kearneysville, WV; and her grandchildren, Lindsay Johnson (Craig), Shaun Cooper of Martinsburg, WV, Leann Steele (Nate) of Greencastle, PA, Alex Jackson (Cheryl) of Middleway, WV, Scott Jenkins (Allison) of Inwood, WV, Dakota Ballenger (Whitney) of Kentucky and Dawson Ballenger of Kentucky. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of the Panhandle may be made in remembrance of Daisy.
