He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Hart (Larry Doleman), Caroline Green (James) of Martinsburg, WV., Evelyn Hough of Baltimore, MD. and Jeff Green (Mary) of Laurel, MD.; his great-aunt Alice Hart-Stanton of Ranson, WV; and his great-uncle Robert Hart of Charles Town, WV.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
