He is survived by: his wife Martha Toth Sparks; his children, Jonathan Sparks (Christina Newsome) of Cross Lanes, WV and Jessica McKinney of Chapmanville, WV; and his grandchildren, Olivia McKinney of Chapmanville and Cooper Sparks of Cross Lanes.
